A collegiate and forward-thinking hedge fund is seeking a proactive Paralegal to join its dynamic in-house legal team.

About the Role:

Reporting directly to the Head of Legal, you’ll play a key role in supporting the legal function across a broad range of responsibilities, including:

• Corporate governance support (board meetings, minute-taking, first-draft documentation)
• Drafting and reviewing general commercial contracts and investor representation letters
• Legal horizon scanning and regulatory monitoring
• KYC and onboarding processes
• Invoice and administrative legal support

This role is ideal for a commercially minded paralegal who takes initiative and thrives in a collaborative environment. You should be confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels and ideally have experience in:

• Corporate governance and commercial contracts
