The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Paralegal to join a leading Financial Services department at a team within a UK Top 50 firm in Glasgow. In this role, you'll take on a high level of responsibility and autonomy, handling end-to-end legal work across mortgage litigation, lender sales and other related Financial Services matters. Working closely with a highly experienced team, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional client service and ensuring operational excellence across a variety of complex cases.

The Work
  • Manage your own caseload from instruction to completion, including some complex, high-value matters.
  • Prepare documentation, liaise with clients and third parties, and progress matters efficiently.
  • Draft correspondence, review incoming communications, and maintain full control of case timelines.
  • Play an active role in process improvement, supporting the senior management team and helping to refine operational systems.
  • Act as a subject matter expert, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive, high-performance culture.
Your Experience
  • At least 6 months of experience as a Paralegal in any practice area.
  • Able to communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • A keen eye for detail and accuracy, with excellent organisational ability.
