  • Preparing first drafts of correspondence, instructions to counsel and experts, and legal documents.

  • Managing and maintaining case files, document bundles, and disclosure exercises.
  • Supporting the team in the preparation of reports, case summaries, and management information for clients and insurers.
  • Assisting with administrative tasks to ensure smooth running of matters.

About the Team

Our Construction Professional Indemnity (PI) team forms part of Clyde & Co's market-leading Professional and Financial Disputes practice. The team acts for a wide range of construction professionals and their insurers, including architects, engineers, design and build contractors, project managers, quantity surveyors and others, across all sectors of the construction industry. Our lawyers have extensive experience advising on complex professional negligence claims, coverage issues, and policy disputes, as well as providing risk management and pre-claims advice.
