Our client is looking for a Paralegal with 1 to 2 years Commercial Property experience either from in house or private practice, to join a growing in house legal team within the energy and natural resources industry.

Description
- 1- 2 years Solid experience as a Paralegal in Commercial Property
- A good understanding of the conveyancing process in England and Wales.
- Solid practical experience in using the Land Registry Portal including searching for titles, downloading documents, checking priority lists, carrying out Land Registry based searches.
- An understanding of the different types of land rights available including freehold land, leases, easements and wayleaves.
- A strong ability to communicate clearly with both internal and external stakeholders. You will be the first point of contact for enquiries and updates
- Dealing with client enquiries and updates, including attending client project calls.
- Preparing and sending updates to clients from different sources.
- Downloading information from the Land Registry and carrying out document checks.
- Preparing Legal Instruction Pack and issuing the instructions to our external solicitors.
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to progress transactions.
Profile
A successful Paralegal - Commercial Property should have:
- Law degree
- Solid 1/2 years experience within commercial property law within private practice or In house
- Relevant qualifications or legal training in commercial property law.
- Experience in a legal or property-related role within the energy and natural resources industry is advantageous.
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive approach and the ability to work collaboratively
Job Offer
