Job description

A leading Law firm based in Norwich is currently recruiting for a Paralegal to join our Agriculture and Estates Team. This friendly team are looking for a Paralegal to join them and provide support with a variety of tasks and duties.

Some of your duties will include:
  • Drafting documents and letters of advice to clients under supervision
  • Drafting and completing basic legal documents and forms with limited supervision
  • Researching legal issues on behalf of other fee earners
  • Preparing document bundles fee earners as required
  • Taking responsibility for administrative tasks, i.e. coordinating the administration of seminars
  • Taking messages about initial advice queries and passing them on to the relevant fee earner
  • The efficient management of client/matter files to include general filing, file opening, preparation of client care letters and terms and conditions, file closure and archiving
  • Undertaking any other duties as required.
  • Liaise with clients via telephone and email
  • Attend client meetings both in person and on the telephone, as requested by the fee earner
  • Attend meetings and take notes as required
