We are seeking a dedicated and highly organised Paralegal to join our team and provide essential support to our solicitors across a range of matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist solicitors with case preparation, document management and legal research
  • Draft, review and proofread legal documents, correspondence and forms
  • Manage case files, ensuring accurate record-keeping and compliance with firm procedures
  • Liaise with clients, courts, third parties and internal teams
  • Prepare bundles and supporting documentation for hearings and meetings
  • Conduct preliminary fact-finding and gather information relevant to ongoing matters
  • Support fee‑earners with administrative duties as required
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all regulatory and compliance standards
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Paralegal
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work within deadlines and manage multiple tasks
  • Confident communicator with a professional and client‑focused approach
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management systems
  • A Law degree, LPC, SQE or equivalent qualification (preferred)
