Part-Time Paralegal – SaaS Company (2 days / week)

Location : South West London / Remote (must be UK based)

Salary : £40K pro rata

A growing SaaS company is seeking a highly organised and proactive Paralegal to join their Legal / Compliance team on a part-time basis. This role is key in supporting the business with contract management, data governance, and supplier compliance, ensuring commercial agreements are accurate, compliant, and aligned with company standards.

What you’ll be doing :
  • Review and analyse supplier- and customer-side contracts, including MSAs, DPAs, and SLAs.
  • Support data governance initiatives, ensuring suppliers handle company data correctly.
  • Draft, proofread, and organise contractual documents for internal and external review.
  • Maintain accurate records of contracts and agreements, tracking status and reporting.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers to clarify contractual terms and resolve queries.
  • Monitor regulatory changes affecting SaaS businesses and advise the team accordingly.
  • Assist with process improvements for contract management, documentation, and compliance workflows.
