The Role:

This role, based in Colchester, is within our client’s Commercial Property Team, specializing in assisting companies purchasing investment properties to rent out.

The Candidate:

• A solid grasp of property law and the conveyancing process.
• Proven experience as a conveyancer.
• Excellent business development skills.
• A proactive and enthusiastic approach.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
• Commitment to providing exceptional client care.
