A global investment firm in London is seeking a permanent paralegal to assist with the legal team's work, maintain corporate files, and handle contracts. The ideal candidate should have a law degree or relevant diploma, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. This role offers exposure to corporate governance and investment-related tasks.

This is a permanent in‑house paralegal role in Pantheon’s London office, reporting to a Legal Counsel in the London office. The overall purpose of this role is to assist with the work undertaken by the in‑house legal team globally in the capacity as a paralegal.
