What You’ll Be Doing:

• Manage a caseload of 50–60 active personal injury files
• Maintain calendars, schedule hearings, and manage correspondence
• Serve as the liaison between clients, attorneys, and expert witnesses
• Draft legal pleadings and assist with subpoena issuance
• Provide regular client updates with warmth and professionalism
• Keep documentation accurate and up to date in FileVine
• Help drive case progression with efficiency and compassion

What You’ll Need to Be Considered:
