Description
We're on the lookout for a passionate and driven Kitchen Manager to lead our team at one of the UK's most unique Papa John's venues—one of only two restaurant/buffet-style Papa John's in the country. That's right, we're not just about delivery. We offer guests a full dine-in experience, combining the iconic Papa John's menu with the vibrant energy of Butlin's.

Working in one of our guest's favourite places to dine, as a Kitchen Manager you will be leading a team of Chefs, taking part in all aspects of the team from recruitment, training, development and retention for the team.
You will be accountable for stock takes, rosters, timesheets, health & safety compliance and food safety compliance for the kitchen you lead and form a close working relationship with the Venue Manager and front of house team to provide an all-round service.
The role is part of the Restaurants department and there may be times that you support other kitchen teams.
