Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in an electrical environment.
• Able to read, understand and wire to electrical schematics.
• Able to set and use torque wrenches to tighten components.
• Able to wire large panels containing switch gear up to 400A.
• Able to build panels using a layout when production dictates.
• Able to use hydraulic crimps for lugs 10-120mm.
• Neat, systematic and time-efficient wiring.
• A recognised electrical qualification would be an advantage.
• Team player with initiative.

Responsibilities

• To wire control panels around 1m x 0.5m with 50–400 connections for various product ranges.
• Work with wire sizes between 0.5–120mm.
• Participate in team activities to improve production, quality and health & safety.
