Steer Automotive Group in Sittingbourne is seeking a skilled Panel Technician to join our leading accident repair team. You will perform structural and cosmetic panel repairs, align panels to manufacturer specifications and use advanced repair methods in a dynamic, professional environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a panel technician in a bodyshop or accident repair environment.
• Proficiency in MIG/MAG welding and panel repair techniques.
• ATA accreditation or equivalent qualification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out structural and cosmetic panel repairs on a wide range of vehicles.
• Replacing, repairing, and aligning panels to manufacturer specifications.
• Using the latest repair methods, tools, and equipment to ensure high-quality workmanship.
• Working to defined productivity and quality targets while maintaining safety standards.
• Supporting your team and contributing to a positive, respectful workshop culture.
