FMG Repair Services Limited in Luton is recruiting a Panel Technician to dismantle and reassemble vehicles to the highest standards at our busy workshop.

Salary: up to £24.00 per hour basic + uncapped bonus. Join the UK’s largest repair group in this fantastic opportunity, as an Panel Technician at our busy workshop in Luton and take advantage of our exceptional uncapped bonus schemes.

As a Panel Technician, you’ll be responsible for dismantling and reassembling vehicles to the highest standards, ensuring every repair is completed with precision and care. Working in our Luton workshop, you’ll restore vehicles to their pre-accident condition and deliver the exceptional service our customers expect.

We're seeking an experienced Technician who:

• Has proven experience in vehicle repair
• Delivers high-quality workmanship with attention to detail
• Works well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Holds relevant qualifications/accreditations (ATA/NVQ) - desirable but not essential

The workshop in Luton works mainly for our insurance contractual partners and our sister companies, Northgate Vehicle Hire and Northgate Fleet Services. With a stream of work to the site you will have great potential bonus earnings.
