Job summary

Holt Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced Panel Beater for a leading Bodyshop in Wallington. The role offers a basic salary up to £25 per hour plus bonus and a 45-hour week with flexible start times, on a permanent basis.

Key duties include panel alignment, straightening, replacement and welding of vehicle structures, and maintaining accurate parts lists. Time served or NVQ level is required; ATA is advantageous but not essential.

Qualifications

• Time served and/or qualified to City & Guilds or NVQ level.
• ATA certification is advantageous but not essential.
• As a Panel Beater, you should be efficient and all work must be completed to the required standard.

Responsibilities

• Operate body alignment jigs.
• Panel straightening and filling.
• Replace panels where needed.
• Weld and bond vehicle structures.
• Remove and replace complete body shells.
• Keep an accurate list of parts required.
