Perfect Placement UK Ltd in Haverfordwest is seeking an experienced Vehicle Panel Beater to join our busy accident repair centre. You will repair and replace damaged body panels using modern facilities and a professional team to deliver high-quality workmanship.

The role offers a 42.5-hour week, negotiable starting salary depending on experience, and a range of benefits including a pension, paid leave, healthcare, and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Vehicle Panel Beater in a similar role.
• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent is desirable.
• Full UK driving licence is required.
• ATA accreditation is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Replace and repair damaged vehicle body panels.
• Carry out chassis and framework repairs to a high standard.
• Assess damage and select the appropriate repair methods.
• Carry out bumper and door repairs as required.
• Ensure all repairs meet quality standards.
• Collaborate to maintain efficient and safe centre operations.
• Maintain meticulous attention to detail throughout repairs.

Duties

• In this Vehicle Panel Beater role, replace and repair damaged or compromised vehicle body panels
• Complete chassis and framework repairs to a high standard
• Assess vehicle damage accurately and select the appropriate repair methods
• Carry out bumper and door repairs as required
• Ensure all panel beating and repair work meets internal and third-party quality standards
• Work collaboratively to maintain efficient and safe centre operations
• Maintain meticulous attention to detail throughout every repair

Requirements

• To succeed as a Vehicle Panel Beater, you will have current or recent experience in a similar role
• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification is desirable, although strong practical experience will also be considered
• Previous experience as a Vehicle Panel Beater with the ability to work to exacting standards
• Good communication skills, a team-focused approach and the ability to multitask
• A full UK driving licence with minimal points
• ATA accreditation and experience working to BSI 10125 Kitemark Standards would be advantageous but are not essential
