Job summary

Accenture is recruiting a PAM Consultant to design, deploy, and govern Privileged Access Management solutions across client environments in the UK on a hybrid basis. You will lead implementation of PAM platforms such as CyberArk or BeyondTrust, assess risks, and strengthen security with strong governance and compliance focus.

The role requires a security-first mindset, cloud PAM experience, and the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
Strong experience in IT security with a focus on Privileged Access Management (PAM).
Hands-on experience with leading PAM solutions (CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Thycotic/Delinea).
Experience in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud PAM requirements.
Strong understanding of PAM principles, controls, and best practices.
Solid knowledge of IAM concepts, security frameworks, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

Design and implement scalable PAM solutions tailored to client environments, including policies, processes, and tooling.
Lead deployment and configuration of PAM platforms (e.g. CyberArk, BeyondTrust) with enterprise integration.
Identify and assess risks related to privileged access and implement mitigation strategies.
Strengthen security posture by proactively managing vulnerabilities across privileged accounts.
Ensure PAM solutions align with regulatory requirements and industry standards (SOX, GDPR, PCI-DSS, HIPAA).
Define, implement, and enforce PAM governance frameworks and best practices.
