Tapping House Hospice in Norfolk is seeking a Band 3 Rehabilitation Assistant to join the Therapy team, predominantly in the Tulip Centre within the Hospice Inpatient Unit, with occasional community work.

You will work under the supervision of Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists, delivering group and individual rehabilitation activities, and supporting patients and families as part of a holistic end-of-life care approach.

Responsabilités

• Deliver activities, interventions or treatments aimed at achieving goals in 1-1 or group environments
• Be responsible for the day to day running of therapeutic groups, leading or supporting them
• Support patients and families, addressing physical and emotional needs within a holistic care framework
• Liaise with carers and external agencies regarding therapeutic interventions and discharge planning
• Maintain accurate clinical records and contribute to service development and quality improvement
