Job summary

Mountbatten Isle of Wight is seeking a compassionate Nursing Associate to join our active Community Services Team. This 12-month fixed-term role involves working across community, residential and nursing care settings to support our 24/7 Specialist Palliative and End of Life Care service.

The successful candidate will hold a Nursing Associate Foundation Degree and will provide advice to patients and families, perform holistic assessments, and collaborate with colleagues to meet care needs.

Qualifications

Must hold a Nursing Associate Foundation Degree and work as part of a highly active community team.
Support patients, families and other healthcare professionals in the community.

Responsibilities

Provide advice and support to patients, their families and other healthcare professionals within the community.
Complete holistic patient assessments independently to ensure needs are met in a timely manner and liaise with the wider team.
