Job summary

Manpower UK is seeking a flexible Material Handler/Hand Palletising Operator in the Newbridge area. The role involves hand palletising finished goods, quality checks, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace on a modern production line.

Shifts are available with weekend preference; temporary contract of at least four weeks with potential extension. Training will be provided; prior warehouse experience is desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Hand palletising products according to specifications.
• Check product quality before palletising.
• Follow health and safety standards at all times.
• Assist with general production duties as required.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area.
• Pack finished products at end of line for distribution; complete paperwork as needed.
• Communicate any issues to supervisor or manager.
• Support training and mentoring of new team members.
