CHEP UK Limited is recruiting Pallet Repair Operatives for our Pontefract site. You will inspect and repair pallets using hand tools, following safe practices, in a fast-paced production setting with clear quality standards and a focus on safety.

You will work with automation and new technologies to maintain efficiency and accuracy. The role offers a Monday–Friday rotating shift pattern (6am–2pm, 2pm–10pm) with a base salary of £27,769.42 plus a 20% shift allowance, and the potential to reach

Job Description Pallet Repair Operative Shift: Monday to Friday - rotating days (week one 6am-2pm, week two 2pm-10pm) Salary: £27,769.42 Base + 20% Shift Allowance = £33,323.30 Location: Pontefract,WF8 4QD Salary can increase up to £30,119.98 + 20% Shift = £36,143 when on the highest grade.
