Overview

Job Description : We are looking for an experienced Transport / Pallet Network Planner for our Haulage company client based in Barking.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a high-paced setting, exhibit strong communication abilities, have a professional and courteous telephone manner, deliver exceptional customer service, and be highly skilled in using all Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver prompt, efficient, and professional support in managing all incoming and outgoing calls involving customers, drivers, and depots
  • Effectively handle inquiries and resolve issues via both phone and email in a timely and thorough manner
  • Accurately input job details into custom-built IT systems
  • Ensure compliance with company policies as well as relevant legal and regulatory requirements to support smooth business operations
  • Organise and oversee delivery and collection schedules
  • Carry out end-of-day tasks, including driver debriefs, shift handovers, and briefing night staff
Working hours

Monday - Friday 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM (10-hour shifts)
