Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in a management role within a Pallet Network Depot or similar environment.
• Deep understanding of the pallet network system and freight sortation processes.
• Proven ability to manage a team in a demanding environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day running of pallet network operations.
• Drive performance against critical KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with Transport Legislation and Health & Safety regulations.
• Lead and develop the operations team.
• Act as primary operational contact for the pallet network hub.
• Forecast and manage resource requirements.
