We’re looking for a Training Manager to join a fast-growing data and AI consultancy working at the cutting edge of secure digital transformation. This is a pivotal opportunity to take ownership of a new training capability focused on Palantir’s Foundry and Gotham platforms, helping design, deliver, and scale in-person technical training that enables users and developers to get the most from these powerful tools.

The Opportunity

As Training Manager, you’ll lead the creation and coordination of a comprehensive training offering centred around Palantir’s Foundry and Gotham ecosystems. You’ll work closely with deployment teams, trainers, and clients to translate learning needs into structured, high-quality courses — ensuring every session runs seamlessly from concept to delivery. This is a highly collaborative and visible role that sits at the intersection of technology, learning, and strategy – ideal for someone who enjoys building capability, improving processes, and driving excellence in a data-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and manage training programmes focused on Palantir Foundry and Palantir Gotham.
• Translate customer requirements into structured learning experiences with clear outcomes.
• Coordinate the development of training materials and assets to ensure consistency and quality.
• Manage the day-to-day delivery of in-person training – briefing trainers, managing logistics, and ensuring exceptional learner experiences.
• Build and oversee a pool of trainers capable of delivering engaging technical training across Foundry, Gotham, and related data/AI topics.
• Support trainer onboarding, development, and quality assurance.
• Collaborate with clients and deployment teams to agree training modules, schedules, and audiences.
• Contribute to business development by bringing a training perspective to proposals and enablement strategies.
• Play a key role in the future growth of the training function, including potential digital learning initiatives.

About You

You’re an organised, communicative, and technically aware professional who thrives in dynamic environments. You understand how people learn and how to translate complex technical concepts into clear, effective training.

You should have:

• Active UK Security Clearance (SC or DV).
• Experience in training management, learning and development, or similar roles – ideally within a technology or data-focused environment.
• Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• A good grounding in data workflows or technical problem-solving (experience with Python, TypeScript, or SQL desirable).
• A passion for technology-based learning and continuous improvement.
• Experience with Palantir Foundry or Gotham.
