Are you an experienced painter or property maintenance operative looking for a stable role with a respected social housing contractor? We're looking for a dedicated Painter/Mould Wash Operative to join our team, working across the Ipswich to Cambridge region and occasionally North West London/Camden.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for carrying out mould washing and repainting works in occupied and void social housing properties. Your duties will include:

  • Treating and cleaning areas affected by mould and damp
  • Preparing and painting walls, ceilings, and woodwork to a high standard
  • Ensuring all work is completed safely, cleanly, and efficiently
  • Maintaining accurate records of work completed
  • Providing excellent customer service to tenants and residents
About You
  • Previous experience in painting, decorating, or property maintenance in social housing / council properties
  • A full UK driving licence (essential)
  • Knowledge of safe working practices and COSHH regulations
  • Attention to detail and pride in high-quality workmanship
