Job description
We are seeking a part-time operative to join our team, working 19 hours per week. The working days will vary depending on the needs of the business, so flexibility is essential.The role is based at our Hereford Campus on Folly Lane, with duties potentially extending to our Ludlow and Holme Lacy sites.About the Role:
This hands-on role involves painting, decorating, and general site maintenance to help keep our college facilities well-presented and in good condition. Additional duties may include minor repairs, grounds maintenance, and assisting with site security and upkeep as required.
Key Responsibilities:

· Carry out painting and decorating tasks across college buildings and facilities.· Assist with general maintenance and repairs as needed.
· Support site upkeep, including basic grounds maintenance and cleanliness.
· Provide ad-hoc assistance with estates-related tasks, such as moving furniture and other operational support.
