A leading property maintenance company is seeking a skilled Painter and Decorator to work across sites in Yorkshire. Responsibilities include carrying out internal and external painting works in the Social Housing sector. The ideal candidate will have a Level 2 Painting qualification and prior experience. Painter and Decorator

Location: Site Based covering York, Leeds, Scunthorpe, Doncaster, Hull, Redcar & Scarborough. Working Monday to Friday, 39 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Carry out internal and external painting works including windows, fascia panels and garden furniture, with some work at height.
• Work within the Social Housing sector on both occupied and vacant properties.
• Meet weekly targets and manage workload efficiently.
• Deliver an outstanding service to customers, respecting their homes.
• Adhere to Novus’ Health and Safety policies and standards.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Previous experience as a dedicated Painter & Decorator.
• Evidence of qualifications and training – minimum Level 2.
• Experience in the Social Housing sector desirable but not essential.
• Full UK driving licence – a van will be supplied.
• DBS check required.
