About the Role

As a Painter & Decorator at Cairn Group, you’ll play a key role in maintaining the look and feel of our properties—bringing colour, care, and attention to detail across our hotels, bars, and restaurants.

You’ll carry out a variety of painting, decorating, and general maintenance tasks to ensure our venues remain welcoming and visually appealing. Whether refreshing guest rooms, public spaces, or back‑of‑house areas, you’ll take pride in delivering high standards that enhance the guest experience.

This is a mobile role based primarily in your region, with occasional travel across our wider estate when needed. You’ll be confident working independently, able to manage your own workload, and comfortable adapting to different environments and schedules.
