Responsibilities

• Surface Preparation: Clean and repair walls, ceilings, and other surfaces to ensure proper adhesion of paint. Address cracks, holes, and uneven surfaces, which may involve using fillers or sanding.
• Painting and Decorating: Apply paint, varnish, and other coatings using brushes, rollers, or spray guns. Select appropriate paints and colors to meet client needs and design specifications.
• Wallpapering: Measure, cut, and apply wallpaper, ensuring patterns align and there are no bubbles.
• Clean the work area and properly dispose of waste and tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ hands‑on experience as a painter.
• Proficiency in all aspects of interior and exterior painting, including surface preparation, priming, spraying, rolling, and cutting‑in.
• Experience working with a variety of paints, stains, sealants, and wallpaper.
• Keen eye for detail, clean finishes, and colour matching.
• Ability to read plans or follow client specifications accurately.
• Fluent in both English and Chinese – essential for clear communication with clients and team members.
