Connect Grp is seeking 4 painters to undertake painting and decorating tasks on projects in the Greater London area. The role requires proven painting experience, a Blue CSCS card, and the ability to work on both commercial and residential sites.

Candidates should understand project specifications, follow technical instructions, and maintain high safety standards while working independently or as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Proven painting and decorating experience with a strong portfolio.
• Blue NVQ Level 2 CSCS card required.
• Experience on commercial or residential painting projects.
• Ability to understand detailed project specifications and follow instructions.
• Good knowledge of health and safety regulations for painting works.
• Reliable, capable of working independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Preparing surfaces prior to painting, including cleaning, sanding, and priming.
• Applying paints, varnishes, and other finishes accurately and efficiently.
• Ensuring all work adheres to quality standards and client specifications.
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment throughout the project.
• Communicating progress and issues with site managers and team members.
