HP4 Recruitment Ltd is recruiting for an experienced Vehicle Paint Technician / Automotive Spray Painter to join a busy accident repair centre in Slough. You will prepare panels, spray and refinish vehicles, match colours and apply basecoats and clearcoats, working to high standards.

This role offers 45 hours per week, shifts 5am–7pm, with up to £24 per hour and an uncapped bonus scheme, plus comprehensive benefits including life assurance and pension.

Qualifications

• Experience as Vehicle Paint Technician, Vehicle Painter or Automotive Spray Painter.
• Experience in an accident repair centre, bodyshop or automotive refinishing environment.
• Strong preparation and spraying skills.
• Experience with paint mixing, colour matching and automotive refinishing systems.
• Knowledge of primers, basecoats, clearcoats and modern paint application techniques.
• Ability to produce high-quality finishes while meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

The Role - Vehicle Paint Technician

Requirements - Vehicle Paint Technician

• Previous experience as a Vehicle Paint Technician, Vehicle Painter or Automotive Spray Painter.
• Experience working within an accident repair centre, bodyshop or automotive refinishing environment.
• Strong preparation and spraying skills.
• Experience with paint mixing, colour matching and automotive refinishing systems.
• Knowledge of primers, basecoats, clearcoats and modern paint application techniques.
• The ability to produce high-quality finishes while working to deadlines.
• A strong eye for detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.

Candidates with experience as an Automotive Painter, Car Sprayer, Bodyshop Painter, Paint Sprayer or Vehicle Refinisher are encouraged to apply.
