Job summary

FMG RS in Durham is seeking a Paint Technician to join a busy workshop, delivering high-quality vehicle finishes for our insurance partners and customers. You will join a collaborative team in a fast-paced setting, focused on accuracy and customer satisfaction.

The role offers 40 hours per week (Mon-Fri), with flexible 4 or 5 day options on a rotating schedule, and a comprehensive range of incentives and benefits. A supportive, family-like environment awaits you at FMG RS.

• The Paint Technician role involves working in a busy Durham workshop with a team of Technicians, supporting insurance partners and customer service at the front of the workshop.
• You will handle vehicle repairs in a high-volume site and contribute to delivering quality service to customers.

Join the UK’s largest repair group in this fantastic opportunity, as a Durham Technician at our busy workshop in Durham.

Hours: 40 hrs p/w Monday to Friday - Flexible 4 or 5 day week, 4 day week on rota basis.

As a Paint Technician, we know there’s no better feeling than seeing a customers’ vehicle at the front of the workshop, waiting for them to collect it - it what our business is built on.

The workshop in completes over 200 repairs a month and you’ll join a great team of Technicians in the workshop. As a busy site, we ensure you are supported by the team in the office working face-to-face with customers to let you focus on what you’re great at. Most of our work in is for our insurance partners and supporting our Northgate Vehicle Hire sister company with their LCV fleet. With a family feel it is a great place to be.
