Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a paint technician in a bodyshop or accident repair environment.
  • A strong understanding of modern paint systems, repair techniques, and colour matching.
  • ATA accreditation (or willingness to achieve) is desirable.
  • A genuine passion for quality work and pride in delivering excellent results.
  • A team player who acts with integrity and takes responsibility for their work.
