The Best Connection Group Limited is recruiting for a Powder Coater/Paint Sprayer in Redditch. The role offers an immediate start with a progression path following a successful trial period and ongoing training opportunities.

Duties include applying powder coats and paint finishes across a range of coatings. Shift is 09:00-18:00 Monday to Thursday and 08:00-13:00 Fridays, with a pay rate of £13.50 per hour.

Formación

• Experience in applying powder coatings and spray painting.
• Ability to follow coats and finish specifications.
• Attention to surface preparation and quality checks.

Responsabilidades

• Complete finishes including powder coating, cathodic electro painting, zinc rich coatings, dip spin, and phosphate/oil coatings.
• Ensure work meets quality standards and customer specifications.

Our client, an Leading company in the Metal finishing service based in Redditch, are recruiting for an Powder Coater/ Paint Sprayer with an immediate start.

With position leading to permanent after a successful trial period and career development and training, this is a great position.

Duties:

Complete finishes, including Powder Coating, Cathodic Electro Painting, Zinc Rich Coating, Dip Spin, and Phosphate and Oil Coatings

.

Shift:

09:00-18.00 Monday to Thursday

08:00-13.00 Fridays

Pay Rates for Paint Sprayer :

• £13.50 per hour
