Job summary

ASI Recruitment is seeking an experienced Paint Sprayer for a respected accident repair centre in Swindon. This permanent role offers a competitive hourly rate of £19.50–£22.00 plus bonus and overtime.

You will prepare and refinish vehicles, carry out paintwork on insurance and private repairs, and ensure colour matching to manufacturer specifications. A strong team ethos and pride in workmanship are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Paint Sprayer in a bodyshop environment.
• The ability to maintain quality in a busy, fast-paced workshop.
• A positive, professional attitude and strong team ethic.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
