JDR Recruitment is seeking a Powder Coating Operator in Bridgend to join a well‑established manufacturing company. The role involves preparing components, applying powder coating, and operating coating equipment to achieve a high-quality finish.

The position runs Monday to Friday, 7:45am starts, with starting pay of £13.00 per hour, rising to £13.08. It is a temporary to permanent opportunity after 12 weeks with weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Experience in powder coating or industrial spraying is desirable.
• Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Good attention to detail and pride in producing quality work.

Responsabilités

• Preparing metal components and surfaces ready for powder coating.
• Applying powder coating to achieve a smooth, even finish.
• Operating powder coating equipment safely and efficiently.
• Checking finished products for quality and consistency.
• Hanging, loading and unloading components.
• Keeping the work area clean, tidy and safe.
• Working as part of a busy production team.

Powder Coating Operator - Bridgend

JDR Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced Powder Coating Operator to join a well-established manufacturing company based in Bridgend.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous powder coating or manufacturing experience who is looking for a stable, full-time position with the opportunity to secure permanent employment.

Working Hours & Pay

• Monday to Friday

• 7:45am start

• Starting pay: £13.0 per hour, increasing to £13.08

• Weekly pay, every Friday

• Temporary to permanent opportunity after 12 weeks
