Job summary

Resource Management Solutions is seeking a hands-on Vehicle Prepper for a 3-month fixed-term contract at our Killingholme workshop. The role supports Paint Refinishers and Panel Beaters by preparing vehicles and ensuring quality outcomes.

You’ll work Monday to Friday, 7:30am–4:30pm, with an hourly rate of £19.87 and weekly pay. Ideal candidates are over 22, hold a valid license with fewer than 6 penalty points, have prior vehicle prepping experience, and are reliable team players focused on

• Previous Vehicle Prepping experience is required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with fewer than 6 penalty points.
• No DR10 offenses for insurance purposes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vehicles for paint and panel repairs.
• Perform masking, sanding, priming, buffing, and polishing.
• Maintain workshop cleanliness and equipment.
• Follow health and safety guidelines.

Due to rapid growth we are looking for 10+ skilled staff members to join our team and play a vital role in delivering exceptional service prepping our vehicles for paint, ensuring our clients receive nothing but the highest standard of service.
