Jaguar Land Rover is seeking a Paint & Polish Production Operative at the Ryton-on-Dunsmore site near Coventry. This 36-hour-per-week role offers a £16.39 per hour base rate, with premiums for shifts and potential overtime.

You will support the paint and polish of high-spec vehicles, follow safety policies, and adapt to varying shift patterns. The position emphasizes quality, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to learning.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and excellent manual dexterity.
• A good standard of literacy and numeracy.
• The ability to work effectively and remain focused in a fast-paced, pressurised environment.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• A self-motivated attitude. Experience as a Paint Sprayer or Polisher is welcome but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Support the paint and polish processes for high-specification luxury vehicles.
• Maintain adherence to all SOPs, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Work flexibly across various shift patterns to meet business and customer demands.
• Develop in-depth product and system knowledge to maintain the highest quality standards.
• Identify and report any health, safety, or environmental concerns.
• Take on additional duties as directed by the line manager to ensure operational success.

• Maintaining adherence to all standard operating policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Working flexibly across various shift patterns to meet business and customer demands.
• Developing in-depth product and system knowledge to maintain the highest quality standards.
• Identifying and immediately reporting any health, safety, or environmental concerns.
• Taking on additional duties as directed by your line manager to ensure operational success.
