Job summary

The Best Connection is recruiting for a Paint Plant Operative in Stafford, England, to join a busy production team. You will support the painting process by preparing and handling components to ensure they are processed efficiently and to a high standard.

This is a hands-on role in a manufacturing environment with 38 hours per week at £12.71 per hour. Immediate start available and full training provided for the right candidate to develop skills within a growing production team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within a manufacturing or production environment.
• Experience within a paint plant, powder coating, or similar role would be advantageous but is not essential.
• Good attention to detail and quality standards.
• Reliable with a strong work ethic.
• Able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Comfortable with manual handling and working in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Hanging components ready for the painting process.
• Unhanging finished parts following painting.
• Assisting with the smooth operation of the paint plant.
• Handling materials safely and efficiently.
• Carrying out visual quality checks on finished products.
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
• Supporting production targets and deadlines.
