Job summary

Manpower UK is recruiting for a permanent Paint Mixing and Depot Operative based in Huddersfield. The role offers a salary up to £27,256.23 per year, with six months of in-house training.

You will work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, preparing and mixing paints to customer specs and supporting warehouse, trade counter, and deliveries. Full training is provided, including structured six-month in-house training to develop skills and increase earnings.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Basic IT skills.
• Strong attention to detail, particularly when mixing products.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Experience in paint mixing, manufacturing, warehousing, trade counters or distribution is beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and mixing paint products accurately.
• Serving customers and processing orders.
• Supporting warehouse and depot operations.
• Completing local deliveries when required.
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
