In this role, you will operate and monitor the paint production line, ensuring quality and safety standards are met. As a Paint Line Technician, you will operate as part of the paint production team, responsible for loading/unloading parts on the powder coating line, monitoring workflow, and ensuring quality standards are met.
This role supports the production of Building Construction Product (BCP) machines according to specified work orders in a fast-paced environment with strict safety compliance.
You may work across any of the two value streams and four areas, covering planned and unplanned absences.

Salary: £28,969 rising to £30,450 when role triggers are met, plus additional shift allowance
Contract: Permanent
Shifts: 1x Afternoons & 1x Nights
