Job description

Central Employment is working with a fast growing Search and Performance Marketing Agency to appoint a data‑driven Paid Social Specialist.

Teesside x 3 days a week
£33,000‑£38,000 DOE

Paid Social profile

We’re looking for a Paid Social Specialist to join my performance team. You’ll manage and grow paid social campaigns across Meta platforms, working closely with our Head of PPC and the wider Ads team. Your focus is simple: drive profitable results for eCommerce brands using data, creative testing, and a structured approach to scaling campaigns.

Paid Social Specialist

The ideal candidate understands Meta advertising deeply and knows how to turn performance data into meaningful decisions. They approach accounts with structure, clarity and ownership. They’re comfortable working with client‑side creative teams, offering clear direction on what needs testing, what isn’t working and where the gaps are.

They know how to brief creatives in a way that’s practical and focused on performance, even though the creative production itself happens outside the agency.

They communicate confidently with clients, explaining results in simple terms and outlining the next steps without unnecessary complexity. They understand the metrics that matter to eCommerce brands and are comfortable managing budgets that require both responsibility and ambition.

They’re also someone who sees the value in being part of a new dedicated service direction for the agency. This candidate wants to help shape how Meta is delivered, contribute to the structure of the service and set strong standards from day one. If they work this way, they’ll integrate naturally into the agency and play an important role in its growth.
