Social Media Manager / Paid Social Manager

£30,000 - £40,000

Hybrid - 2 Days in Leeds City Centre

Do you want to be a part of a successful and growing team?

We are looking for a solid agency, Social Media Manager / Paid Social Manager to join our client in Leeds who has developed a marketing automation platform to help some of the biggest and best companies in the UK and also some customers based in the US and Australia. Due to growth, they are now on the lookout for a Social Media Manager / Paid Social Manager to join their fast‑paced marketing agency who, alongside the Account Managers, will drive the customers and all their Social Media activities.

You will be responsible for:

• Joining a team of 7 in Leeds
• Focus on B2B Markets, with over 200 of their clients B2C, therefore, thinking more about lead generation and demand generation over things such as ecommerce
• Core platforms, LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) - if you have additional platform use, that's a bonus
• You will be leading everything for our clients, so looking at everything from daily management, budget allocation, strategic changes in the account, but also, some experience in setting up CAPI, events and conversion tracking
• You will be supported by the Account Managers
• The company are working with companies which are 80% UK based, but also have clients in the US and Aus

Skills & experience required to be considered for this position

• Experience as a Social Media Manager / Paid Social Manager
• Experience in managing large social media accounts
• Experience of identifying target audiences and devising engaging social media campaigns
• Experience in creating, managing and optimising paid advertising campaigns, particularly on Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and Twitter
