Responsibilities

• Lead paid social strategy, planning, and activation across multiple platforms to deliver against client business objectives.
• Build trusted client relationships and act as a senior advisor on paid social, performance marketing, and industry developments.
• Develop measurement frameworks that connect paid social activity to meaningful business outcomes and KPIs.
• Drive innovation through structured testing, experimentation, and adoption of emerging technologies and platform capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create integrated media solutions and maximise campaign performance.
• Continuously improve operational processes, quality assurance standards, and team efficiencies to support excellent delivery.
• Coach, mentor, and support team members, creating an inclusive environment where people can grow and succeed.

Qualifications

• Strong experience leading paid social strategy across a range of platforms, clients, and business objectives.
• Proven ability to build strong client relationships and communicate recommendations with confidence and clarity.
