You will work with specialists across media, analytics, commerce, creative and technology to test ideas and apply AI innovations. This role offers exposure to high‑profile campaigns and a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.

You’ll drive performance, develop testing roadmaps, and build strong client partnerships while delivering measurable business growth and investment efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience managing paid search campaigns on major platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising).
• Strong understanding of search strategy, performance optimisation and measurement principles.
• Ability to present recommendations to stakeholders and manage client relationships.
• Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead the paid search strategy and delivery for a portfolio of client accounts.
• Translate data and insights into clear recommendations to drive growth and ROI.
• Develop testing roadmaps exploring automation, first‑party data, AI and emerging search opportunities.
• Build trusted client partnerships and provide strategic guidance for optimisation and innovation.
• Manage forecasting, budgeting, pacing and QA to ensure operational excellence.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver integrated solutions across media and analytics.
• Support and mentor colleagues through coaching and knowledge sharing.
