Job summary

JBrown in Manchester is offering a Real Estate Marketing Intern position. This paid, part-time internship will provide hands-on experience within a dynamic marketing team focused on promoting properties and services to clients.

You will assist in strategy development, content creation, market research, and event coordination while gaining exposure to real estate marketing practices. Applicants must be enrolled in a marketing or related degree and can commit to at least 15 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Strong interest in the real estate industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and commit to at least 15 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and implementing marketing strategies for properties and services.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and target markets.
• Develop marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and social media posts.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan events and open houses.
• Maintain and update the company website and social media platforms.
• Respond to inquiries from potential clients with property information.
• Attend team meetings and provide input on marketing initiatives.
• Perform data entry, filing, and organizing marketing materials.
• Support other duties as assigned by the marketing team.
