You’ll work with a team to carry out various conservation tasks, learn new land management skills, and play an active role in conserving landscapes. The placement starts in July and runs for one day per week through December, providing a valuable experience in a charity environment.

Qualifications

• Open to those aged 18-25 at the start of the placement.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Support the management of nature reserves alongside the Trust’s team.
• Perform management tasks like scrub clearance, fencing, and hay making.
• Help conserve landscapes and habitats during the placement.
