Responsibilities
  • Lead paid social strategy across 3-5 ecommerce brands
  • Line‑manage and coach a team of 1–2 execs/managers
  • Own client‑facing responsibilities including QBRs, planning sessions and creative reviews
  • Build testing roadmaps and present opportunities to drive incremental growth
  • Act as a key thought leader within the business, contributing to training and innovation
  • Ensure all work meets high standards of performance and client satisfaction
Qualifications

You will be a confident strategist, natural team leader, and commercial thinker who loves working with fast‑paced, ambitious brands.

  • Solid paid social expertise, especially Meta Ads Manager
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce and full‑funnel performance marketing
  • Experience managing or mentoring others in a high‑performance environment
  • Comfortable presenting to clients and influencing stakeholders
  • Hands‑on knowledge of campaign setup, optimisation, testing and measurement
  • A bias for collaboration, curiosity, and continuous improvement
