Job Description
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members within the marketing department.
  • Lead strategy and delivery across PPC and Paid Social campaigns
  • Manage and mentor a small paid media team
  • Optimise campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, YouTube), Microsoft Advertising, and Meta
  • Collaborate with creative, development, and data teams to deliver results
  • Present insights and performance updates to senior stakeholders and C-suite clients
  • Turn data into actionable recommendations and commercial wins
  • Champion best practice, process, and continuous improvement
