Job summary

Enterprise Mobility, a family-owned global mobility leader, offers a one-year Management Placement Programme. Based in one of our retail branches, interns gain hands-on experience across customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.

You will receive classroom learning, on-the-job training, and mentorship, with opportunities for promotion, performance bonuses, incentives, and referral rewards. This paid placement is designed to develop future leaders within Enterprise Mobility.

Qualifications

• Full manual UK or EU driving licence required.
• No drug or alcohol related offences on driving record within the last five years.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: deliver exceptional experiences by handling reservations and enquiries.
• Sales and Marketing: connect with local business partners and develop relationships.
• Financial Control and Profitability: understand cost control and interpret profit and loss statements.
• Operations and Logistics: learn how to manage a fleet, plan strategically, and drive performance.
• Leadership and Development: mentor and train a team with potential to manage others as you grow.
